WIX-FILTRON is a manufacturer and distributor of filters not only for the automotive industry, but also for industrial machines and engines. The company was founded in 1982 in Poland by a private person, but now belongs to the MANN + HUMMEL group.
Filtron offers more than 2000 types of different filters in original quality for almost all car models. In 2009, Filtron sold more than 51 million filters. Filtron has more than 2000 employees and a 43% share of the Polish filter market. 50% of the filters produced are exported to Germany, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, Italy, Ukraine also America and Africa.
Filtron supplies filters to the genuine production of following car manufacturer: Ford, Volkswagen, GM, Fiat, Land Rover, MG Rover and Daewoo. The company also holds ISO / TS 16949 and ISO 14001 quality certificates.
