Lesjofors is the largest coil spring specialist on the market - its field of activity ranges from automotive coil and leaf springs, to gas struts to industrial springs of all kinds. The company was founded in the Middle Ages in 1675! It has been producing springs for over 150 years since 1852 and thanks to this Lesjoförs still holds a technical and technological lead over the competition.

All Lesjofors coil springs are made of high quality spring steel witch have special mechanical properties. It is either first quenched in oil and then cold-formed on a computer-controlled machine or vice versa - it is first cold-formed and then quenched. In both cases, the spring has the same mechanical properties. Another technological process in the production of each Lesjofors spring is sandblasting to perfectly finish the surface for subsequent painting. This procedure extends the service life of the spring.
